<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5385 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR A TWO-STORY, <br />46-ROOM SENIOR ASSISTED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY LOCATED AT <br />2670 COUNTY ROAD I; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 573-99 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MSP Real Estate has requested City approval of a development review for a <br />46-room, senior assisted living facility located at 2670 County Road I, property legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Tract '11': Registered Land Survey 414 <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a <br />development review be conducted for all commercial and industrial development and all <br />residential development if more than two dwelling units are being erected within the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Location Map <br />4. Site and Floor Plans, date-stamped 11/2/99 <br />5. Landscape Plans, date-stamped 10/20/99 <br />6. Trash Enclosure Detail, date-stamped 10/20/99 <br />7. Light Fixture Specifications, date-stamped 10/8/99 <br />8. Planning Commission Resolution No. 596-99 <br />9. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the site plan date-stamped <br />November 2, 1999, conforms to the general zoning requirements of Title 1100 with regard to <br />setbacks, parking requirements, lighting and building height; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council acknowledges that the Mounds View Fire <br />Marshal has reviewed the placement of fire hydrants to service the building and has found their <br />location and numbers to be acceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council acknowledges that the Director of Public Works <br />has reviewed the drainage plan and has found it to be in conformance with the City's Local Water <br />Management Plan; and, <br />
