County Road I to the north and I3ronson Drive to the south. To the east. the Church
abuts both medium and high density residential properties. These properties are at kast one
hundred feet away at their nearest point and as far away as 500 feet trom the Church. The
magnitude of the separation, in staiTs opinion, is of a suflicient distance so as to not have
any depreciatory effect on the residential properties.

(3) The structur/.! As evidence of this. the Church and the architect who designed it
received an award in 1967 lor architccturaJ excellence from the Minnesota Society of
Architects.
