The City Council of Mounds View will be reprcsented by Council Membcr Lynne <br />Thomason at the ;'\rational League of Cities Congress of Cities Conference in Los Angeles. <br />California Novcmber 30 to December 4. 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS.
