<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 5442 <br />~lay 17.2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the applicant has sufficiently <br />demonstrated that a need exists for the proposed oversized garage; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council tinds that the proposed oversized garage <br />would be adequately screened by privacy fencing and in its sideways orientation to the street. <br /> <br />NO\V. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the conditional use pemlit for the 1,200 square-foot oversized attached garage at 2251 <br />Oakwood Drive with the following stipulations: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall alTange to record the City Council resolution approving the conditional <br />use permit with Ramsey County and provide proof of such recordation to the City within <br />sixty days of Counci I approval or this permit shall be considered null and void. <br /> <br />2. The garage shall not be used [or commercial pUlvoses, living space or other uses not <br />allowed within the R-I Single-Family Residential district or by the Zoning Code. Should <br />the use change for which the permit was granted, the conditional use pennit shall be <br />considered null and void. <br /> <br />3, Given that the garage is proposed to be attached to the home, the garage shall be designed <br />and maintained as a seamless and cohcsive addition, aesthetically pleasing and <br />complementary to the existing dwelling. <br /> <br />4. The existing sheds shall be removed in conjunction with the garage construction. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2000. <br /> <br />j) ) J /<71 <br />_.
