TOLD Development Company, (hereinafter, the "Developer") has applied <br />for a Planned Unit Development to construct a Walgreens Drugstore and restaurant at the northeast <br />corner of Highway 10 and Edgewood Drive, on properties legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />(SEE A TT ACHED EXHIBIT]) <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Developer has requested approval of the second stage of the proposed <br />PUD process, which is the technical review of all site and improvement plans associated with the <br />proposed development: and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, according to a recent delineation performed by SEH, Inc., the proposed <br />construction activities will occur within I OO-feet of a wetland and would involve the filling of <br />approximately 360 square-feet of wetland area; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, according to Section 10] 0.08 of the Municipal Code, any deve]opmcnt <br />occUlTing within a wetland requires approval of a wetland alteration permit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has revic\ved the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />].
