<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution :\0. :'i...J.5...J. <br />August I...J.. :2000 <br />Page :2 <br /> <br />\VlIEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the preliminary plat and linds it to be in <br />conformance \vith all applicable sections orthe Mounds View \t1unicipal Code~ and. <br /> <br />"'HEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing relative to this request on August 14, <br />2000; and, <br /> <br />'''I-IEREAS, the conditions and requirements regarding the proposed exchange of real <br />property between the City and the Developer are fully addressed in the Contract for Private <br />Deye]opment; and. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS. the Mounds View City Council has received a recommendation of approval <br />from the Mounds View Planning Commission as stated in Planning Commission Resolution No. <br />623-00. <br /> <br />NO\V. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. having held a public hearing for the <br />proposed major subdivision, the Mounds View City Council approves the preliminary plat for <br />the Mounds View City Hall Addition subject to the knns and conditions as stated in the Contract <br />for Private Development and subject to stipulations as follO\vs: <br /> <br />1. Developer shall revise the Preliminary Plat to indicate a minimum Jive-loot wide <br />casement Jor drainage and public utility purposes around the perimeter of <br />proposed Lot 2 and Lot3, Block 2, excluding the common property line between said <br />Lots. <br /> <br />2. Developer shall revise the Preliminary Plat to include notations pertaining to <br />Documents recorded with Ramsey County effectuating the proposed right ohvay <br />vacation and sign easement area vacation. <br /> <br />3. Developer shall revise the drainage and utility casement area shown on the <br />Preliminary Plat to fully encompass the proposed configuration of the relocated <br />stonnwater pond. <br /> <br />4. Developer shall apply for fi.nal plat approval with the City no later than three (3) <br />months after the date of approval of the preliminary plat; otherwise, the preliminary <br />plat will be void unless an extension is granted by the City Council. <br /> <br />5. Before any permits are issued for this subdivision (building, grading or otherwise). <br />the applicant shall have paid a park dedication fee in amount specified by the City <br />Council as required in Section 1204.02 of the Municipal Code according to the <br />appraisal report dated June 30, 2000. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day or August, 2000. <br />
