Staff Report. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. on Octobcr 10.2000, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />approvcd Resolution 5458 \vhich approved the Mcrmaid Planncd Unit Dcvelopmcnt (PUD); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS. thc Comprchensive Plan recommended lor approval by thc Planning <br />Commission designates the parcels associated with thc Me1l11aid PUD and major subdivision as <br />RC-PUD. Regional Commercial Planncd Unit Dcvelopment; and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. according to ycar 2000 Ramsey County propcrty value assessmcnts, the <br />total land valuc ofthc propcrties involved is 5913,057; and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Chapter 1204 of the Municipal Codc states that all subdivisions and plats of <br />land to be uscd lor commercial or industrial purposes are subject to park dedication rcquiremcnts <br />
