Saturn 'Transportation Company desircs to move its operations to Building A <br />of \1ounds View Busincss Park; and. <br /> <br />\\'HERL\S. Saturn Transportation has a Iket of semi trailers and is in the busincss of <br />transporting rctail storc Jixturcs J()r its clicnts to various locations throughout the country; and. <br /> <br />\VB EREAS. as a result of its opcration. Saturn Transportation would need to park scmi <br />trailers 011 thc property: and. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, because o1'the community's hcightcned focus on Highway 10 and the <br />potential for increased truck traffic in rcsidcntial areas. the City Council is choosing to examinc <br />closely thosc uscs seeking to locatc within the busincss parks. <br /> <br />NO\\-, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Mounds Vicw City Council does <br />hereby allow Saturn Transportation Company to occupy Building A of Mounds View Business <br />Park contingent upon Saturn cxecuting an agreement in which it agrees to the following conditions <br />of occupancy: <br /> <br />1. Saturn shall not park more than 2() trailers on the property at any onc timc. <br />Saturn shall submit \uiriable proofofoff-sitc trailer storagc. <br />3. Truck access to the facility shall be via Highway 10. utilizing Quincy Street, Womble <br />Drive or Program Avenue.
