Minnesota docs support and authorize the <br />application and acceptancc of the FY 2000 Local Law Enforccment Block Grant and is <br />prepared to mcet all understandings assurances contained therein, and directs and <br />authorizcs the person identified as the official reprcsentativc of the City to act in <br />connection with the process. <br /> <br />Kathlecn Miller. City Administrator is hereby authorized to exccute and sign such Grant <br />Agreemcnts and amcndments as arc necessary to implement the Grant on behalf orthe <br />City of Mounds View.
