<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5511 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO BARBARA THOMAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barbara Thomas was appointed to fill a <br />vacancy on the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Thomas served as an outspoken and <br />active member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for a period <br />of six months; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Thomas resigned from her position on the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission after her election to the Mounds <br />View City Council; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in a short period of time, Ms. Thomas gained <br />the respect and gratitude of those who had the privilege of working <br />with her on the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View, on behalf of the residents of the City of <br />Mounds View, expresses its appreciation to Barbara Thomas for her <br />dedicated and devoted service on the Mounds View Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />t, a <br />' '~~ <br />II . ... / .. ... <br />07jllj. //;,{ 5 <br /> <br />COUI}~imember Quick.
