<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5520 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CHAIR FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, members of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of nine <br />members of the resident population of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based upon the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />the City Council shall appoint a chairperson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has sent forward a recommendation <br />to appoint Gary Stevenson as chairperson. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />certify the appointment of Gary Stevenson as chairperson of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of January, 2001 <br />,~~, <br />~~ <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />~~,-;j/7~ <br />n Miller, City Administrator <br />
