<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5533 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF A POLICE OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, members of the Police Civil Service Commission consisting of three <br />members and serving the Citizens of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based upon the recommendation of the Police Civil Service Commission <br />and the submission of three names for consideration, the City Council shall cause the <br />hiring of a police officers to occur; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a police officer shall be hired by the <br />city, and begin a probationary period of one year before permanent status <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />authorize the hiring of Jennifer A Kuhl. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jennifer A. Kuhl will begin employment with the City <br />of Mounds View within 30 days. Salary will be administered as follows per union <br />contract: <br /> <br />Effective January 1, 2000 <br />Starting Wage <br />(65% of Top Patrol Rate) <br />After 6 months continuous service <br />(70% of Top Patrol Rate) <br />After 12 months continuous service <br />(80% of Top Patrol Rate) <br />After 24 months continuous service <br />(90% of Top Patrol Rate) <br />After 36 months continuous service <br />(100% of Top Patrol Rate) <br /> <br />2001 - 3% <br />2,684.64 <br /> <br />2002 - 4% <br />2,792.03 <br /> <br />2,891.15 <br /> <br />3,006.80 <br /> <br />3,304.18 <br /> <br />3,436.34 <br /> <br />3,717.20 <br /> <br />3,865.89 <br />4,295.43 <br /> <br />4,130.22 <br /> <br />All benefits will apply as determined by union contract and the City of Mounds View <br />personnel policy. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of February, 2001 <br /><~,.
