DEOI-002. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Minnesota Institute of Public Health has applied for a developmcnt rcview to <br />construct a 16,912 square root office building at 2720 Highway 10; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned PUD, Planed Unit Development, is designated <br />as a "Mixed Use PUD" use on the Comprehcnsive Plan and is legally described as follows: <br />Lot .l.
