<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 5565 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View is in receipt of new equipment and programs from the Department of <br />Public Safety; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The equipment and database is necessary to the functioning of the police department; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City intends to utilize the states equipment and database for the purposes of public safety; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Mounds View approves the Joint <br />Powers Agreement with the Department of Public Safety and authorizes the Clerk-Administrator and Mayor <br />to sign the agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />.
