<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5567 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, <br />ADVERTISING, AND BID DATE FOR PROJECT 01-06, EDGEWOOD MIDDLE <br />SCHOOL REGIONAL POND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View approves <br />the plans and specifications for the construction of the Edgewood Middle School <br />Regional Pond to be located off County Road Hand; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the engineer's estimated cost of construction is <br />estimated at $475,000 and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following pre-bid Sources and Uses of Funds are <br />proposed for the project: <br /> <br />SOURCES <br />DTED Redevelopment Grant $333,333 <br />Ramsey County $ 65,415 <br />City of Mounds View $150,000 <br />TOTAL SOURCES: $548,748 <br />USES <br />Pond Construction (Estimate) $475,000 <br />Engineering and Related Administrative Expenses $ 73,748 <br />I TOTAL USES: $548,748 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the use of pooled TIF funds is the proposed source of <br />city financing for the project and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes advertisement of the <br /> <br />project and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bid date deadline will be July 20th, 2001 and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, award of the bid will be on July 23rd, 2001 at the <br />regular City Council meeting and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff is continuing to secure additional financial <br />resources to minimize the City's expenses. <br />
