<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5573 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING CLARA HILGER AS <br />INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR/TREASURER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council took action Wednesday, <br />June 6, 2001 which left the Finance Director/Treasurer position vacant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council authorized the City Administrator to advertise and <br />fill the position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator is recommending that the City Council <br />appoint Clara Hilger to serve as the interim Finance Director/Treasurer until such <br />time as the position is filled; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View will reimburse the City of Blaine at a <br />rate of $300.00 per day for each day Ms. Hilger works for the City of Mounds <br />View. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City <br />Mounds View hereby appoint Clara Hilger to serve as the Interim Finance <br />Director/Treasurer until such time as the position is filled. <br /> <br />Adopted this 18th day of June, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Richard Son erre, Mayor <br /> <br />~ ' /,' , '--- ').... ~ / <br /><Y-o L~_ I, ~__~ <br />Kathleen Miller, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Motion: _Quick <br />Second: Thomas <br />Sonterre: Aye <br />Stigney: Aye <br />Quick: Aye <br />Marty: Absent <br />Thomas: Aye <br />
