<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 5574 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Be it resolved that the Mounds View Police Department will enter into a grant agreement <br /> <br />with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, for the project <br /> <br />entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES, during the period of October 1, 2001 through <br /> <br />September 30,2002. <br /> <br />Mounds View Police Chief William Clark is hereby authorized to execute such agreements <br /> <br />and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Mounds <br /> <br />View Police Department, and is to be the fiscal agent and administrator of the grant. <br /> <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the CITY COUNCIL of MOUNDS VIEW, <br />MINNESOTA on June 25th, 2001. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of June 20Q1. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Richard 'so-nt~r <br />\.
