<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 5579 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving Business Licenses for 2001-2002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View Business Licenses expire June 30, <br /> <br />2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the business licenses for the <br />businesses listed in Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve business licenses for the businesses listed in Exhibit A <br />contingent upon the City's receipt of the appropriate fees, application materials, proof of <br />insurance and satisfactory reports from the Ramsey County Health Department and the <br />Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of June, 2001. <br /> <br />/~) <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />-,...... 1111 j / rl'--j1.-.
