<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5583 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENIAL <br />OF A VARIANCE FROM THE MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENT FOR <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURES TO ALLOW A ZERO-FOOT SETBACK FOR A <br />STORAGE SHED ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5532 ST. STEPHEN STREET; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE VR01-005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The applicant, Arlen Baumhoefner, applied for a Variance to allow a <br />zero-foot setback to construct a storage shed on the property located at 5532 St. <br />Stephen Street; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 5532 St. Stephen Street, a through lot, is zoned R-1, Single Family <br />Residential, and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 4, Dailey's Hillview Addition <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />June 20, 2001 regarding the request and after taking testimony and reviewing the facts <br />of the request, approved Resolution 660-01, a resolution denying the requested <br />variance due to a lack of demonstrated hardship; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 13, 2001, Mr. Baumhoefner appealed to the City Council, <br />requesting that the Council overturn the decision of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 13, 2001, the City Council held a public hearing regarding <br />this appeal; and <br />
