<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4074 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SETBACK VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br />CONTINENTAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2673 SHERWOOD ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 321-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Continental Development Corporation has applied <br />for a variance to allow the construction of a single family home at <br />a 30 foot setback where a 58 foot setback is required by a previous <br />planning action; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the setback <br />variance request and the criteria for granting a variance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the applicant's <br />hardship statement and agree that a hardship is present on the <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that there are <br />no reasonable alternatives; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />granting of this particular request would not set a precedent. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the variance request by <br />Continental Development Corporation for the proper~y located at <br />2673 Sherwood Road. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of April,1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
