<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4077 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE (1) YEAR EXTENSION OF A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR MULTI-TECH SYSTEMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems was granted approval of a <br />planned unit development amendment on May 29, 1990, by City <br />Council Resolution No. 3038; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code specifies that <br />significant construction must begin on any planned unit <br />development amendment within one (1) year of the approval date; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, significant construction did not commence <br />within the one (1) year time period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems has requested an extension <br />to the previously approved planned un it development amendment; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 40.24 of the Mounds View Municipal <br />Code specifies the procedures for the granting of an extension to <br />a planned unit development amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />extension request and found it to be in conformance with Chapter <br />40.24 of the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the requested extension of the <br />planned unit development amendments for Multi-Tech as previously <br />approved by City Council Resolution No. 3038. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13 day of May, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~.~ <br />City Admini trator <br />
