<br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4086 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF SPECIAL RECOGNITION OF DAN KELNER <br />FOR SPECIAL ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council is proud of the <br />accomplishments of all its residents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are residents which deserve special r~cognit:ion <br />for achievements which bring pride and recognit'ion. to the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dan Kelner, son of Rose and Jerome Kelner of Mounds <br />View, and a 1986 Irondale High School graduate; is deserving of <br />special recognition for outstanding athletic achievements which has <br />culminated in his being signed with the New York Giants pro- <br />football team as a wide receiver. \ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and <br />for the City of Mounds View does hereby extend its best wishes' for <br />a long and successful athletic career to Dan with the New York <br />Giants.
