<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4040 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAND DIVISION REQUEST AT 2601 AND <br />2 61 7 SHERWOOD ROAD, WAYNE AND BARB DEPEW, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 319-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wayne and Barb Depew have requested approval <br />of a land division for the properties located at 2601 and 2617 <br />Sherwood Road for the purpose of redefining the lot lines of each <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Certificate of Survey is shown as <br />Attachment A dated October 5, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and <br />approved the request as a major subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />request is a land division and not a major subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 42 of the Municipal Code outlines the <br />regulations which cover land divisions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this land division is in conformance with all <br />applicable sections of Chapter 42. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the land division request by <br />Wayne and Barb Depew for 2601 and 2617 Sherwood Road contingent <br />upon the following: <br /> <br />I. Utility easements be provided per City Engineer's <br />requirements. <br /> <br />2.
