<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4043 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING WATER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1991 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br />establish water rates; and <br /> <br />\JHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary that the City adjust its water rates; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Effective January 1, 1991, the water rate will be <br />$0.95 per 1,000 gallons. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the water rates <br />to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Acti~trator <br />
