<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4044 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1991 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br />establish sewer rates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary that the City adjust its sewer rates; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Effective January 1, 1991, the sewer rate will be <br />$39.75 per quarter per REC (Residential Equivalent <br />Connection). <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the sewer rates <br />to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Act~istrator <br />
