<br />.t{ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4051 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO RIC MINETOR <br />FOR SERVICE TO THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />AS ACTING CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 23, 1991 Ric Minetor accepted the position of <br />Acting Clerk-Administrator for the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he was responsible for the day-to-day activities of <br />the City as well as his own responsibilities as Director of public <br />Works; and <br /> <br />-~-.:..,:.... <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during his tenure as Acting Clerk-Admini~trator <br />he provided a stabilizing force during a period of administrative <br />transition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ric assumed all of his duties and responsibilities <br />with a conscientious level of concern for the welfare of the <br />citizens of Mounds View. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View on behalf of the residents and employees of the <br />Ci ty of Mounds View commend Ric Minetor for his outstanding service <br />as Acting Clerk-Administrator of the City of Mounds View from <br />July 23, 1991 until February 4, 1991. <br /> <br />Adopted this lIth day of February, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br />~. ~~7~1/~~i <br /> <br />Blanchard uncilmember Wuori <br /> <br /> <br />
