<br />tlJuyl.8.3. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLtnION NO. 4057 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING 25% ALLOCATION OF <br />1991 STATE AID ALLOCATION FOR MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Rules for State aid <br />Operations allow municipalities the opportunity to <br />request a maintenance allocation greater than the <br />established minimum for that municipality; and <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has <br />determined that it is in the best interest of the City <br />of Mounds View to request a maintenance allocation <br />greater than the standard $1,500 per mile; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation <br />has the authority to grant a request of a local <br />governing body; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; the City <br />Council of the City of Mounds View requests the <br />Commissioner of Transportation to allocate 25% of the <br />total annual State Aid allocation for Mounds View as <br />the maintenance allocation for the City of Mounds View <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of March, 1991. <br /> <br />Seal <br /> <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />. <br />
