RESOLUTION 8102 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A USED UTILITY CART <br /> WHEREAS, as part of the Public Works Departments maintenance programs, <br /> vehicles and equipment are a necessity; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has been utilizing the used golf carts <br /> which were acquired at the time when the Golf Course was dissolved in 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, $8,000.00 is in the 2013 General Fund Budget, Parks Department <br /> budget, 100-4360-7030, to purchase a utility cart; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has obtained a quote from Tri State Bob Cat of Little Canada <br /> MN for a model 3400 used utility cart in the amount of $7,500.00 plus sales taxes and <br /> any applicable license fees; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1.
