VIEW <br />COtmTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF SPECIAL RECOGNITION TO MARK GIBSON, <br />6TH GRADER ATEDGEWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />FOR HIS PARTICIPATION IN THE STAR TRIBUNE <br />STATE SPELLING BEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, EdgewoodMiddle School sixth-grader Mark Gibson is <br />th~ first student to represent Mounds View District 621 in the Star <br />Tribune Sta~e Spelling Bee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark has exemplified consistent outstanding ability <br />and achievement in spelling by representingPinewood Elementary <br />School in District ~pelling Bees the past 3. years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark . represented EdgewoodMiddle School in the <br />District Spelling Bee and won the first place title; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his special talent and hard Work is deserving of <br />special recognition from his school and his community. ' <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and <br />for the City of Mounds View does hereby recognize the special <br />achievements of Mark Gibson and does further declare Friday, April <br />26, 1991 as <br /> <br />"Mark Gibson Day" <br /> <br />in the City of Mounds View.
