. RESOLUTION NO. 6470 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA SETTING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING DATE FOR THE 2005 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, on October 13, 2003, City Council adopted Resolution 6110 authorizing the preparation of a preliminary feasibility report for the 2005 Street Improvement project to determine the need for repairs, scope of work, estimated costs, and feasibility of conducting this street improvement project; and WHEREAS, the City desires to assess the cost of said improvements to all benefited properties; and WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing date of March 14,2005, will afford the necessary time to publish legal notices and send out letters to affected property owners; and . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: 1. A public improvement hearing for said improvement is hereby set for 7:20 pm on March 14, 2005 at the Mounds View City Hall and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of said hearing and improvements as required by law. 2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published for two (2) successive weeks in the official newspaper of the City, the first of such publication to be not less than ten (10) days and the second not less than three (3) days prior to the date of said meeting, and to be mailed to owners of the property in the area proposed to be assessed not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of said meeting.
