<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6470 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SETTING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING DATE FOR THE 2005 STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 13, 2003, City Council adopted Resolution 6110 <br />authorizing the preparation of a preliminary feasibility report for the 2005 Street <br />Improvement project to determine the need for repairs, scope of work, estimated costs, <br />and feasibility of conducting this street improvement project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to assess the cost of said improvements to all <br />benefited properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing date of March 14,2005, will afford <br />the necessary time to publish legal notices and send out letters to affected property <br />owners; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. A public improvement hearing for said improvement is hereby set for 7:20 <br />pm on March 14, 2005 at the Mounds View City Hall and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of said hearing and <br />improvements as required by law. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to cause notice of the <br />time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published for two (2) <br />successive weeks in the official newspaper of the City, the first of such <br />publication to be not less than ten (10) days and the second not less than <br />three (3) days prior to the date of said meeting, and to be mailed to <br />owners of the property in the area proposed to be assessed not less than <br />ten (10) days prior to the date of said meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of February 2005. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~~. <br />ROb~aYO(; . 0)- <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br />
