<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Granting the variance would be materially detrimental to the purpose of <br />this Title in that there does not appear to be a sufficient hardship to <br />warrant approval of the variance. <br /> <br />8. The proposed variance would not impair an adequate supply of light and <br />air to adjacent property or substantially increase the congestion of the <br />public streets or increase the danger of fire or endanger the public safety <br />or substantially diminish or impair property values within the <br />neigh borhood. <br /> <br />9. The hardship criteria as identified in Section 1125.02 have not been <br />satisfied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View City <br />Council, based upon its review of the facts and the information presented at the public <br />hearing, does hereby affirm the Planning Commission's denial of the variance <br />requested by Greenfield Properties Limited Partnership LLP for a reduced number of <br />covered parking spaces (garages) at Greenfield Estates located at 2370 County Road I <br />and 7521-7661 Greenfield Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />Rob <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.
