<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6495 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SETTING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING DATE FOR THE CITY HALL <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 11,2004, the City Council, approved Resolution <br />6370 authorizing the execution of a Letter Agreement with SEH for the design <br />and development stage for the City Hall Rehabilitation Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SEH has completed the design and development phase for <br />this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 4, 2005 a "walk-through" of City Hall to review the <br />issues that prompted this project proposal was conducted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 4, 2005 documents created as part of the design and <br />development phase were presented to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff is recommending that a Public Improvement Hearing be <br />conducted to allow the public to learn about the proposed project and to provide <br />comments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing date of April 25, 2005, will <br />afford the necessary time to publish legal notices; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. A public improvement hearing for said improvement is hereby set <br />for 7: 15 pm on April 25, 2005 at the Mounds View City Hall and the <br />City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of said <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to cause notice of <br />the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published for two <br />(2) successive weeks in the official newspaper of the City, the first <br />of such publication to be not less than ten (10) days and the second <br />not less than three (3) days prior to the date of said meeting. <br />
