RESOLUTION NO. 8111 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE <br /> POSITION OF HOUSING/CODE ENFORCEMENT INSPECTOR <br /> WHEREAS, Jeremiah Anderson has submitted his resignation as Housing/Code <br /> Enforcement Inspector and Fire Marshal with the City, effective July 5, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Community Development Department will have a need to fill this <br /> full-time, non-exempt position, due to Mr. Anderson's resignation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff would like to start the process of advertising for the Housing/Code <br /> Enforcement Inspector immediately. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View authorizes staff to prepare and post an advertisement for a full-time, non-exempt <br /> position of "Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector" within the Community Development <br /> Department. <br /> NOW, MAY IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that once a qualified candidate is <br /> selected for the position, staff would seek authorization from the City Council to hire the <br /> individual. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of June, 2013 <br /> 4./dr- <br /> e Flaherty, r — <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
