RESOLUTION 8109 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br /> TO <br /> DAVID L. CAMERILLO <br /> FOR HIS YEARS OF SERVICE WITH THE <br /> SPRING LAKE PARK, BLAINE, MOUNDS VIEW (SBM) FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View Fire Department is the <br /> largest volunteer fire department in Anoka and Ramsey Counties and second largest in the <br /> State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the privilege of Mounds View citizens to recognize the public service <br /> of David L. Camerillo who joined the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View Fire <br /> Department on January 7, 1993, as a volunteer firefighter; and <br /> WHEREAS, David was a key member of the Fire Department and during his tenure, <br /> served as a Firefighter; and <br /> WHEREAS, David was certified at the Firefighter II level, First Responder level; and <br /> WHEREAS, David completed numerous specialized training courses and seminars <br /> about various areas of firefighting; and <br /> WHEREAS, during his years of service, David responded to more than 2,165 fire <br /> calls and attended over 685 weekly drills; and <br /> WHEREAS, David received several commendations in recognition of his <br /> commitment to fire protection and the community. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View <br /> acknowledges, with sincere appreciation, the dedicated and loyal service of Fire Fighter <br /> David Camerillo who retired on April 29, 2013, after 20 years of service to the citizens of our <br /> City. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my <br /> hand and caused the Seal of the City of Mounds <br /> View t e affixed on this 10th day of June, 2013. <br /> ii <br /> !_ /✓ <br /> .e Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> d Gwti-e,4 <br /> James.
