RESOLUTION 8112 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A Resolution Approving Business Licenses for 2013-2014 <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View Business Licenses expire June 30, 2013; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the business licenses for the businesses <br /> listed in Exhibit A contingent upon the City's receipt of the appropriate fees, application <br /> materials, proof of insurance and satisfactory reports from the appropriate City <br /> departments, Ramsey County Health Department and the Fire Marshal. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve business licenses for the businesses listed in Exhibit A contingent upon <br /> the City's receipt of the appropriate fees, application materials, proof of insurance and <br /> satisfactory reports from the appropriate City departments, Ramsey County Health <br /> Department and the Fire Marshal. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the time period for these <br /> licenses will be from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of June, 2013. <br /> J Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
