<br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6559 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE TO FILL THE <br />FULL TIME POSITION OF PLANNING ASSOCIATE AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADDITIONAL TEMPORARY SUMMER ADMINISTRATIVE AND CODE <br />ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to a resignation in the Community Development Department, <br />there is an immediate need to fill the position of Planning Associate; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, also due to the resignation, there is an immediate need to address <br />summer administrative and code enforcement workload issues on a temporary basis. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The preparation and posting of an advertisement for the position of <br />Planning Associate. <br /> <br />2. Temporary summer administrative assistance from an lrondale School <br />worker at her regular rate of pay, not to exceed an average of twenty <br />hours per pay period. <br /> <br />3. Temporary summer code enforcement assistance provided by PSG <br />Robin Marion at his regular rate of pay plus benefits as appropriate, not <br />to exceed an additional twenty hours per pay period. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/L~ (LJ:l <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
