RESOLUTION 8115 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ADOPTING THE WATER SUPPLY PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, all Minnesota municipalities with public water supply systems are <br /> required to develop a Water Supply Plan (formerly known as Water Emergency and <br /> Conservation Plans) in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Section 103G.291, Sudb. 3; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Water Supply Plan was distributed to adjacent governmental units <br /> for a 60-day review period in January 2009 and was included with the 2008 <br /> Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mounds View developed a Water Supply Plan that was approved by <br /> the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MnDNR) on December 10, 2008 which <br /> requires formal adoption by the City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The Water Supply Plan (Water Emergency and Conservation Plans) is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> 2. The Director of Public Works is authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City, <br /> to notify the MnDNR of the City Council adoption of the Water Supply Plan by means <br /> of the Certification of Adoption form. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of June, 2013. <br /> e Flahe ,, . ,•r <br /> re-- <br /> �a��� <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
