If this amount meds with council <br />approval w~ will amend the AlA B I 'i I Owner/Architect Agreement accordingly. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />The following is our understanding of the project schedule: <br /> <br />The Architect's services shall be performed according to the details of the Construction Documents, should the <br />contractor fail to perform their responsibilities described in the Construction Documents we will self perform <br />these services and recommend the Owner deduct them from the Owner/Contractor Agreement. The Contractor <br />has stipulat.:d in the Bidding Documents that the work will be completed before April 2, 2006. If the work <br />extends beyond that your fees for added services will be adjusted accordingly and again the Owner reserves the <br />right to charge the Contractor for the extension in time. This is described in Section 01315 of the Construction <br />D0CllIllCntS. <br /> <br />REMARKS <br />This ktter represents the entire understanding between you and SEH in respect to the project and may only be <br />mlldified in writing, signed by both parties. We look forward to working with you on this project. If this letter <br />proposal satisfactorily sets forth the conditions of our agreement, please sign in the space below and return one <br />copy to our office and we will execute an amendment to AlA B 151 Agreement. This letter agreement will be <br />incorporated as an exhibit into the agreement to describe help describe the work to be provided.
