<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6411 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving a Cigarette/Tobacco License <br />for <br />CVS Pharmacy #5999 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CVS Pharmacy #5999 has applied for a CigarettelTobacco <br />License: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CVS Pharmacy #5999 has submitted the proper paperwork <br />and fees, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a CigarettefTobacco License for CVS Pharmacy #5999 <br />pending a satisfactory fire inspection, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from January 23, 2005-June 30, 2005, <br /> <br />Adopted this 13" day of December. 2005 <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /><."/~,~/--~~/: -~. ~---~ <br />._____ ---:.
