<br />RESOLUTION NO. 6417 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING GOLF COURSE ADVERTIZING WITH <br />JS PALUCH COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS.
