Resolution 8170 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 5. No demolition, grading or construction activity may proceed without the <br /> contractor obtaining all necessary permits. <br /> 6. The developer or contractor shall locate all utilities within the development <br /> underground. <br /> 7. The developer or contractor shall obtain the necessary permits for all work <br /> occurring within the City and County rights of way. <br /> 8. Coventry Senior Living shall complete all requirements after final review of the <br /> final plat by the City Attorney, including securing Title Insurance for the new <br /> easement. <br /> 9. Coventry Senior Living shall meet all requirements of the City's Public Works <br /> Director and engineering consultant, Stantec. <br /> 10. Coventry Senior Living shall satisfy all of Ramsey County requirements. <br /> 11. The approval contemplated herein is subject to the condition that Coventry <br /> Senior Living paying for all costs concerning this subdivision incurred by the City <br /> Attorney, city consultants, and any other costs of a similar nature. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that re-approval of this final <br /> plat and Developers Agreement is subject to recordation with Ramsey County, which <br /> shall occur within 6 months of Council approval.
