<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6462 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE S8M FIRE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROCESS <br />AND DESIGNATING THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View, together with the Cities of Spring Lake <br />Park and Blaine (collectively, the "Cities") propose to acquire, construct and equip a <br />new fire station in the City of Blaine (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the project be controlled by the three SBM Fire <br />Capital Improvements Projects Process documents for the (1) Fire Station Construction; <br />(2) Replacement of Engines One and Two; and (3) Replacement of Command Vehicle; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the SBM Fire Capital Improvements Projects Process calls for the <br />designation of the Project Management Team composed of the City Administrators from <br />Mounds View and Spring Lake Park, the Blaine Safety Services Manager, and the SBM <br />Fire Chief. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota that the SBM Fire Capital Improvements Projects Process in <br />the form attached to this resolution is hereby approved. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Project Management Team composed of <br />the City Administrators from Mounds View and Spring Lake Park, the Blaine Safety <br />Services Manager, and the SBM Fire Chief is appointed and given general oversight <br />and plan management responsibilities and authorized to direct the project, make <br />decisions regarding the project, and administer the contracts that result from the project <br />pursuant to the direction of the three city councils. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th Day of February 2005. <br /> <br />~~ <br />&_Mc(~ <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
