<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4904 <br /> <br />CITY Of MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR JE[<[< WEINKE, <br />P ARKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />WH FREAS, Jeff Weinke began working for the City of Mounds View in January of 1989 as a <br />Parks Maintenance Worker; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Weinke has met the responsibilities of Parks Maintenance Worker as outlined <br />in the job description: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Director has determined Mr. Weinke's <br />performance to be satisfactory and that he has met the requirements for a step adjustment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the Labor Agreemcnt between the City of <br />Mounds View and the Parks MaintelUmce Workers and the City's compensation policy is <br />recommended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve a <br />step adjustment for JcffWeinke from Level C, 15.70/hr. to Level D, $16.02/hr.. effective <br />2120/96. <br /> <br />Adoptcd this 26th day or February, 1996 <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />4 <br />
