<br />e. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4912 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />~~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />request that the Street herein after described should be designated <br />a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Law <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the designation of this segment of roadway, <br />MSAS 234 - County Road H2 from Pleasant View Drive to TH 10 (1.26 <br />miles) is a Ramsey County Road turnback and will interconnect <br />adjoining MSA streets. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View that the road described as follows, to- <br />wit: <br />MSAS 234 - County Road H2 from Pleasant View Drive to TH 10 <br />(1.26 miles) <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal <br />State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the <br />Cou@issioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator <br />is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies <br />of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of <br />said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, <br />improved and maintained and known as Municipal State Aid Street <br />234. <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of March, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br />MAYOR - <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />:; -f <br />Ii b:;Jl r;;;,' . ,,1 - <br />I <- -1,i; '-L fl-7"-.--YJ-~ <br />INTERIM'--CIT~ DMINISTRATOR <br />/ '-"/ <br />
