Resolution 8206 <br /> Page 2 <br /> WHEREAS, Edgewood Middle School has received approvals from Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District and the Army Corps. Of Engineers for the deck; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br /> proposal: <br /> a. Planning Application <br /> b. Wetland Map <br /> c. Aerial Photograph <br /> d. Staff Report <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal satisfies all of the wetland alteration permit approval <br /> criteria enumerated in Section 1010.08, Subdivisions 4 and 5. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> approves the Wetland Alteration Permit requested by Edgewood Middle School, 5100 <br /> Edgewood Drive, contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The permit shall apply ONLY to the construction of a deck; no grading activity, <br /> alteration or other development shall be allowed except by separate permit or <br /> amendment hereto reviewed and approved by the Mounds View City Council. <br /> 2. No waste, construction or otherwise, shall be allowed to enter into the wetland or <br /> any adjoining areas. <br /> 3. The constructed deck shall not impede or otherwise restrict the natural flow of <br /> surface water and stormwater runoff on the site. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of January, 2014. <br /> e Flahe y, or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C44/UWi <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
