<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4957 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br />LARRY BEACH, 7775 SPRINGLAKEROAD, <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 440-96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Larry Beach, 7775 Spring Lake Road, has requested approval for a <br />minor subdivision dividing the northern 80 feet from the remaining property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement to purchase the 7775 Spring Lake Road property has been <br />made between Larry Beach and the legal owner of the property, Mrs. Carlson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 and 1204 of <br />the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the minor subdivision request made by Larry Beach, 7775 Spring Lake Road, contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. The resolution and Certificate of Survey be recorded with Ramsey County within <br />sixty (60) days offinal adoption, and present proof of such recording to the City of <br />View. <br /> <br />2.
