<br /> 1. <br />. 2. <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4964 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED <br />GARAGE FOR CURT AND AMY CLOCHI'E, <br />8100 GROVELAND ROAD, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 441-96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the request of Curt and Amy Clochi' e for <br />additional accessory square footage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use permit up to 1,264 <br />square feet of accessory building square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is 1,262 square feet, <br />which is below the maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves the <br />requested conditional use permit for additional accessory building square footage by Curt and Amy Clochi' e, <br />8100 Groveland Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County and proof of such <br />recording be presented to the City of Mounds View, <br /> <br />The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with the <br />dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Should the use change for what the permit was granted for, the permit shall <br />become null and void. <br /> <br />Curt and Amy Clochi' e enter into a development agreement with the City of Mounds View, <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of June, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
