<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4977 <br />(Revised: 10/14/96) <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN <br />OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR CHURCH UPON THE ROCK, 7901 RED OAK DRIVE; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 451-96 <br /> <br />Whereas, the Mounds View City Council has received a request for a conditional use <br />permit for an oversized garage on property described as: <br /> <br />Lots 113 and 114, Spring Lake Park Hillview <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the request of Church Upon the <br />Rock for additional accessory square footage; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use permit up to <br />1,264 square feet of accessory building square footage on one lot; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is 24' by 52' <br />(1,248 square feet), which is below the maximum allowed; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the requested conditional use permit for additional accessory building square footage by Church <br />Upon the Rock, 7901 Red Oak Drive, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of <br />City Council approval and proof of such recording be presented to the City of <br />Mounds View. <br /> <br />2. The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with <br />similar neighborhood structures. <br /> <br />3. The existing accessory structures on the property be removed prior to <br />construction. <br /> <br />4. Should the use change for what the permit was granted for, the permit. shall <br />become null and void. <br />
