<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4989 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION AND RECOGNITION <br />TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND DECLARING AUGUST 20, 1996 <br />AS FINANCE DAY IN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Department deserves special recognition from the <br />governing body and the employees of Mounds View for their committed service to <br />the Finance Department and the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the exceptional quality service has continued to be provided to <br />residents and customers throughout the transitional period with changing City <br />staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extra hours worked to get the job completed and the <br />willingness to take on new responsibilities has been beneficial to the entire <br />organization; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, on behalf of the elected officials, employees and citizens, <br />appreciation and gratitude is hereby extended to the Finance Department for their <br />devotion to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />Mayor Linke <br /> <br />Councilmember Hankner <br /> <br />Councilmember Blanchard <br /> <br />Councilmember Quick <br /> <br />Councilmember Trude <br /> <br />Clerk-Administrator Whiting <br />
