Prior to the issuance of any grading or building permits, the property owner shall <br />enter into a development contract as required by Chapter 1006 of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code. <br /> <br />13. Prior to issuance of any grading or building permits, the applicant shall record <br />this conditional use permit with Ramsey County and shall provide evidence of <br />recordation to the Mounds View Community Development Director. <br /> <br />14.
